Simon has been in practice for over 40 years and specialises in the valuation of fixtures and fittings for all purposes and on a nationwide basis. He is the third generation to be involved in the business.

John has been involved in the valuation of licensed premises for over 30 years and specialises in rent reviews and lease advice, rating appeals, viability reports and general pub valuations. He has been on the PIRRS independent expert panel and is a Vice-President of The Association Of Licensed Property Valuers.
Victoria is the fourth generation to be involved in licensed trade valuation and, like her father, specialises in the valuation of fixtures and fittings on a nationwide basis.
